What they do:
California Association of Winegrape Growers (CAWG) was founded in 1974 to represent the interests and concerns of wine and concentrate grape growers. Today it represents the growers of more than 60 percent of the gross grape tonnage crushed for wine and concentrate in California. The statewide association dedicated to enhancing the business of growing winegrapes has earned an international reputation through research, advocacy and industry leadership.
