It was supposed to be the impossible dream, but a group of passionate advocates working with Brown·Miller Communications changed the way Americans think about school nutrition. With an aggressive, grassroots media advocacy campaign, these dedicated individuals and organizations successfully convinced the nation's second-largest school district to ban soda and high-sugar drinks on their campuses. The resulting international media blitz has school districts around the nation questioning the logic of selling out their children's health to the highest bidder.
