at least that's the perception that Brown·Miller Communications, working on behalf of Cork Supply, had to overcome. With winemakers frustration growing over the increasing quality problem with cork, the agency was tasked with launching a public relations campaign to differentiate Cork Supply from its lower-quality competitors. A multi-tiered public relations and marketing campaign ensued that not only turned around the company's reputation as the industry's quality producer but helped drive a 16 percent increase in business.
